Who is Mexican Travel VIP?
Mexican Travel VIP is the largest provider of vacation certificates and authorized travel seller for our affiliated resorts. Unlike other popular travel sites, we never sell our vacation certificates at retail prices. We have direct fulfillment agreements with each of our tourist destinations that allow us to offer wholesale rates directly to consumers. In exchange for receiving wholesale rates, the consumer agrees to participate in a resort preview presentation that showcases all the amenities and benefits of the resort they visit.
What is a hotel preview presentation?
Your selected hotel will schedule a time during your visit to participate in a preliminary presentation of all the amenities and benefits of the vacation club. You have no obligation to purchase anything, however, you must attend the 90-120 minute presentation. The preview is fun, informative, and something your whole family will enjoy.
What happens after I purchase my vacation certificate?
A confirmation letter is sent to you by email directly from the selected resort. This letter confirms the purchase of your vacation certificate and contains resort information, including their Reservations Department for booking assistance and Customer Service for any unanswered questions about your resort stay.
Can we add extra nights to our vacation certificate?
Yes, after purchasing your certificate, you can add extra nights to your stay at a preferred discounted rate depending on your travel dates. Contact us for more information. Call us:

Who do we contact for anything related to our vacation getaway?
Simply call the Reservations Department or the Customer Service Department and they will take care of your travel needs; including adding additional family members, more nights, a car rental, airport pickup, to discuss special needs and other questions you may have.

The accommodations we offer have enough space for up to 4 people on average. If you have fewer members in your group, then you enjoy more space!
How long do we have after purchase to use our vacation certificate?
For your convenience, each of our tourist destinations allows you up to 12 months from the date of purchase to select your travel dates and enjoy your vacation certificate.
What are resort tax fees?
Resort fees and taxes are government fees collected by the selected resort. Tax rates vary depending on the selected resort; you can check them in the terms and conditions of your vacation certificate.
Can more than one family travel together on the same dates with a vacation certificate?
